The Residence Sleep and Breakfast offers 3 studio apartments and 2 three roomed apartments furnished with simplicity in the harmony with the colourful surrounding nature and all equipped with indipendent terrace.

KIND OF STAY
You can choose between two formulas of staying:

• Formula Hotel
  - breakfast available
  - house cleaning (every 2 days)
  - fresh linen (every 2 days)
  
  
• Formula Residence
  - breakfast not included but available on separate charge
  - house cleaning not included but available on separate charge (€ 15 studios / € 25 three roomed apartments).
  

THE APARTMENTS
STUDIOS
Accomodations for 3 people, composed of:

• Night area
  - 1 king bed and the possibility of a 3° single bed
• Day area
  - little kitchen with a sink, a gas or electric stove, an electric oven, a fridge and freezer, a cupboard (with pans and saucers, a salad bowl, a coffee-maker,dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery)
• Dining area
  - 1 table and chairs
  
• Bathroom area
  - a complete bath with shower, toilette, sink, bidet and various fittings (air dryer, ventilator...)
  

THREE ROOMED APARTMENTS
Accomodations for max 6 people, and are composed of:

• Night area 1
  - 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a bunk bed, two wardrobes with drowers)
  
• Bathroom area
  - a complete bath with shower, toilette, sink, bidet and various fittings (air dryer, ventilator...)
  
• Living area
  - little kitchen with sink, cupboard (with pans and saucers, salad bowl, coffe-maker, dishes, glasses, cups, a gas or electric stove, electric oven, working bench with drawers( full of cutlery and table cloth), fridge and freezer, cleaning equipment.
  
• Dining area
  - 1 table and chairs for 6 people, a king sofa bed, a wardrobe.
